Michael L. Weissman

Michael L. Weissman has represented employers, labor organizations, and individuals in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including unfair labor practice litigation and representational issues before the National Labor Relations Board, arbitration of disputes under collective bargaining agreements, and employment litigation before federal and state courts and administrative agencies.

Mike also counsels clients regarding the drafting of employment policies, handbooks and agreements, and in connection with labor-management relations.

Mike received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was Executive Editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law. He received his undergraduate degree, with distinction, from the University of Michigan.
